The scope, frequency, and pricing of services will be set out in a written Service Agreement or quote confirmation provided to the Client prior to the commencement of services.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied by the Client. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from those described. Any variations will be communicated in writing before additional charges are applied.
Our online Quote Estimator provides indicative pricing only and does not constitute a binding quote or service agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued in accordance with the agreed billing schedule (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. For one-off services, payment may be required prior to or upon completion.
GCC Melbourne reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 2% per month, compounding monthly, until the outstanding amount is paid in full.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
GCC Melbourne reserves the right to reschedule services in the event of unforeseeable circumstances such as severe weather or staff illness, with reasonable notice provided to the Client.
6. Access and Site Requirements
The Client is responsible for ensuring that GCC Melbourne staff have safe and lawful access to the premises at agreed times. Any specific access requirements, alarm codes, or site induction requirements must be communicated in advance.
GCC Melbourne staff will comply with all reasonable site access and security requirements as directed by the Client.
7. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of a completed service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service being performed. We will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected area at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not apply to conditions arising from events outside our control, pre-existing damage, or areas not included in the agreed service scope.
8. Liability
GCC Melbourne holds public liability insurance to the value of $20 million. In the event of damage caused by GCC Melbourne staff during the performance of services, the Client must notify us in writing within 48 hours of the incident.
